- As a Senior Business Analyst at Randstad Digital, you will be deployed on strategic projects at top-tier companies (including banking, Telecom, public sector, and energy).- Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.- Process Optimization: MAP 'As-is' processes and design efficient 'To-be' workflows (using BPMN, UML, etc.).- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between C-level management and technical development teams.- End-to-End Guidance: Support the implementation phase, perform functional analysis, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Agile Mindset: Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine the backlog and ensure value delivery.
